Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the time you receive your item to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous goods, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you are looking for is to return your existing item and purchase the new item separately once your return has been accepted.
EU 14 Day Cooling-off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days, without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your refund.
